Financials 10.6 to 10.7 upgrade

I wonder if there is anyone out there who could help me with a little problem. I'm currently upgrading our financials from version 10.6 to 10.7. I have finished running the autoinstall utility which appears to have finished correctly with no major errors. However I am now trying to apply some 10.7 patches but when I give the driver name I get a message that I'm trying to run a 10.7 patch against a 10.6 database, ( see below ). Has anyone out there come across this and if so how do I get over the problem ?. If anyone could help me out I would be eternally grateful
