not a valid virtual host problem

I have some questions when I install the Oracle Web Application Server 3.0 (for Hp_unix). After the installation of Oracle and Web server, I start wrb, admin. But I can't open the URL http://hostname.domain:port_id/ows-abin/boot. from my web browser. The error is 'The request did not specify a valid virtual host.'

Following is my environment:
Operating System: Hp-UX 10.20
Web Bowser : Microsoft Internet explorer 4.0 Server : Nerscape Enterprise Server V3.5 Oracle RDBMS:8.0.4

Do you have any idea what the problem might be. Please help me. Thank you very much.
