EVENT LOG FOR ORACLE 7.0

Does anybody know, which DLL Oracle 7.0 uses for event logging ?
There are no entries to be found in the registry (3.51) and we get an empty error log ("The description for eventid....").

In ORACLE 7.3 we know it is EVRESUS.DLL.
