Oracle8 Recovery Manager

Hi folks,

Has anyone got a chance to play with Oracle8's Recovery Manager? I've been perusing the documentation, and I like what I've read: (1) db-block-level incremental backup, (2) online backup without the need to use BEGIN/END BACKUP (throwback from Oracle7), etc. So the list of functionality looks good. I would be interested in hearing any hands-on experiences from you folks (performance, stability, etc.)
