OWAS 3.0 Problem

Hi!

What can be the reason when the OWAS 3.0 is installed(on NT 4.0), the web_cart is defined,
the f50srv32.exe is running with one listener on port 9000, the DAD's exists and the
virtual pathes seemed to be ok........

that when i start my template HTML (Cartridge HTML or static HTML) the f50web32.exe starts and after a few seconds i get the Proxy Message "10060 Connection timed out"

Any proposals for me?
