I'm running Oracle 8.0.3.2.2 on NT 4.0.



Why do I get "ORA-12203: TNS:unable to connect to destination" when I
run Server Manager.  I've been ignoring it and just typing a connect
command manually and all seems to work ok.



Can this cause the heebie jeebies if I don't fix it?
