Hi Doug:

The Forms Server is not installed in this way. I don't know which platform you are working on. In NT, the complete installation should be done through the Developer/2000 - server installation option. Please take a look in the Developer/2000 CD. Please amke sure the CD contains the Developer/2000 server installation.
