DBArtisan by Embarcadero is hands down the best tool (see Jan 5th review I
did for PC Week magazine -- ziff davis website). For $899, this tool is the
most complete and easiest to use. Plus, it can do Sybase and SQL Server
(with DB2 being added this summer).
