Multiple processor on Win NT

I've just upgrade my servers motherboard an now have two 266mhz pentium processors running on my server.

I'm using Oracle 7.3 for NT and trying to get a little more performance from NT4SP3.

I've was reading an article about about how Oracle can parallelize operations allowing multiple processors to participate in the execution of a single command.

I was just wondering has anyone out there done it and what type of performance improvements it gives. Also does it create problems elsewhere and is it easy to setup???
