Reduce high water mark ?

Hi All,

How do you reduce/shrink the RBS high water mark ?

I found the command:

    alter rollback segment R1 shrink;

Will this do it ?
 If not what does it do ?

And once I reduce it, do I increase the initial and next extents to better handle single transactions?
