Discovery and Enterprise Manager

Having a problem where nodes and listeners are discovered, but the instances on those nodes do not display, has anyone had this problem ?

Client: Win95 PC
Server: HP-UX 10.x

The intelligent agents seem to start fine. The Server has 6 alias which the Discovery Wizard finds 4 and fails on 2.
I've crosschecked oratab, services.ora, listener.ora, and the server's tnsnames.ora and the hostnames jive. Of course, I could have missed something...

When the wizard fails does it write a reason somewhere ?
