You may also want to look at Advanced Oracle Tuning and Administration by Eyal Aronoff, Kevin loney and Noorali Sonawalla, from Oracle Press, ISBN 0-07-882241-6. I believe the DBA certification test is directly addressed in the later sections of the book, including a small sample test.
