Net8 and SQLNet 2.3 on NT 4.0

We're running Oracle 8.0.4 on NT 4.0.

We will soon have a need to run both Net8 and whatever version of SQLNet is on the Oracle 8 installation CD. We will probably have two instances of Oracle running soon. If possible, we would like to have each instance be available to clients via Net8 and SQLNet.

I tried without success about a month ago to get both Net8 and SQLNet running on the same server. Could someone provide some assistance with this.
