DATETIME suppport?

Was just perusing some online Oracle documents and
did not see any mention of TIME, TIMESTAMP or
INTERVAL data types - only DATE.  Does Oracle
not support these?



Also, does Oracle offer fractions of a second precision?
I only saw mention of DATEs going down to the second.
