Every time I try and run the oracle enterprise manager on my Windows NT 4.0
SP3 server, I get no response.
In task manager. VOC.exe (which is the central enterprise startup object, I guess) is trying to run. But DBSNMP.exe is going crazy at 99% utilization.
What can I do?
the enterprise manager never starts!
