I have just moved a Sun Ultra, Solaris 2.6, running Oracle 8.0.4.0.0 physically to a new building.

Nothing has changed, but I'm getting the following error when trying to start the database :

SVRMGR> ORA-00600: internal error code, arguments: [SKGMBUSY], [1], [0], [0], [0], [], [], []
ORA-27100: shared memory realm already exists SVR4 Error: 17: File exists

If anybody could point me in the direction of what to try I would be eternally greatful.

Please E-Mail suggestions to 'russ_at_u-net.net'

Thanks a million in anticipation,
Russell Fray,
