You'll find a pretty good practice on Oracle's education website. There's also a pretty good list of study points at the website www.orafaq.org.

I'm an Oracle7 Certified Professional and I thought that the tests were much easier than I expected them to be. I did have the most recent instructor-led training classes and I spend about 95% of my time installing and tuning Oracle7 databases.
