How to display a list of database in Enterprise Manager window?

I created a database called rout by using Database Assistant. When I started the Oracle Enterprise Manager (Oracle 8 trial version), I don't see any database name under the Networ->database. How can I see it? What I want to do is create a small table using Enterprise Manager, any idea?
