Upgrade Suggestions????

Currently using a Sparc Sun 4M  48 mb Ram (os 5.5) Unix  with oracle 7.2.3.
Roughly about 20-25 users. Really bogs on queries and reports. Any
suggestions would be helpfull, Stay with Unix or go to NT and what about the
hardware? Thanks in advance?
