Go to the Microsoft Web Site and get drwatson.exe. It's still a 16 bit app, but it traps the errors so you can see what in blazes is going on - which .dll is crashing - and then you can drop more info here, and give more to Oracle Support if you call them.

I'm going to guess that it's something to do with your network setup on the Win95 client -- could be old vxd's, .dll's, other drivers etc....
