Acessing SQL Server from Oracle Server

I need to allow an Oracle database on an OpenVMS server to update tables
in a Microsoft SQL Server database.  I would like to handle this using
PL/SQL stored procedures if possible.  Anyone have any ideas as to the
best method to handle this?  Any help is appreciated!
