HTML tags in PL/SQL

Hi,

Im using PL/SQL to generate html pages on Oracle Web Server3.0. Im donig this by using htp procedures.
My quetsion is how can I use HTML tags in PL/SQL?

 For example:

      htp.htmlOpen;
      htp.headOpen;


      ....

      ....

      < --any HTML tag>
      htp.htmlClose;
