Locked rows

I am looking for a script that will show me what rows/objects are locked and who locked them and for how long, and what the SQL was that locked them, and any other info that will help me figure out what the hold up is on the tables so that I can fix the SQL in the client application to reduce contention.

I am having trouble finding all this information in the V$ tables.
