NEWBIE QUESTION FAQ ?

I'm trying to find a FAQ, technical Documentation on how about to install a Oracle 7.3.3 DB from scratch. We have a license left over, and I can experiment with this. Any good books ?
The server would be a CPQ Proliant 2500 Dual Pentium Pro with 200 MB RAM and 7 GB partition free.

Any help, sgestion or hints are welcome !
