creating oracle odbc DSN connection

Hi,



I've installed oracle odbc driver(8.00.0400)  from oracle installer over



NT4 OS  but when I tried creating a new DSN entry, it gave me this
message:


"The setup routines for the oracle ODBC driver could not be loaded due
to system error code 126"



I'll appriciate any ideas of what it might be
