Home -> Community -> Usenet -> c.d.o.server -> Bulk Forms4.5 regeneration
I've developed DOS scripts to allow bulk generation or conversion of forms,
libraries and menus when referenced objects change (and as a pre-release
check to ensure all runtimes are up to date)
The Dos FOR loop works fine, but I can't seem to stop f45gen from loading the Forms Generator window while the generation runs - no messages, popups or anything, just a blank screen with no acknowledgement needed
BATCH=YES is the first parameter in the command line - this seems to stop a couple of information dialogues appearing, but not the screen itself.
We need to generate around 1400 forms at times and at the moment have to devote a PC for about 4 hours as it is impossible to do anything else with the Windows popping up all the time
Any ideas please direct to <horsemth_at_mel.switch.net.au> as availability of this newsgroup is terribly erratic at times
