oradim73 on NT4.0

Hello out there,

I have a problem running oradim73 on NT4.0 for starting Oracle services and instance. (As you have guessed it's Oracle 7.3.3.somewhat :-) I can do it logging in as Administrator, the account I used to install Oracle on the machine.
But when I run it under another account, I run into Dr. Watson for NT creating a post mortem dump. The event log tells me that the opening of operfdll.dll failed.
Now the question is: Which privileges does an account need to start Oracle using oradim73?

Any ideas?
