The internal password is the password, which you typed in Oracle-NT
Instance-Manager during installation.
The only way to change is to drop the Oracle service and recreate it by
oradim73.exe.
The default in Unix is no password for internal, but you can change it:
$ORACLE_HOME/bin/orapwd creates a password file, and if you in your init.ora
say : remote_login_passwordfile=exclusive you have to type a passwod for
internal.
