Problems with listener.

First of all, I apologize for my bad English. Hope you can understand me.

Yesterday we changed some parameters of system like segment size, and so on. Since then every time a client application connects to the database the listener is automatically stopped. Any idea?

I work with Oracle v7.1.6 in a DEC OSF/1. The sqlnet v is the 2.6
