(Personal) Oracle 8 comes with a GUI tool called Database assistant.



The hardcore Oracle users probably won't agree but it creates databases just
fine. After that you could use the various other GUi tools such as Schema
manager, Instance manager and Storage manager to manage the various database
aspects such as users, tablespaces, datafiles etc.



I'm a newbie with oracle and are therefor clinging to the GUI tools as much
as possible ... for now....
