Hi,

i am having a problem connecting to Enterprise Manager using the default user name and password (system and manager). I have created a new database with the SID=test. I also have edited tnsnames.ora and listener.ora in %oralce_home%\network\admin and started the listener. but yet i could get access to Enterprise Manager using the above mentioned default username and password. The error messages was

ORA-01034 = Oracle Not Available
ORA-09243 = smsget = Error Attaching to SGA
OSD-04101 = invalid SGA = SGA not initialised
O/S-Error = (OS 203) The system could nnot find the environment option that
was entered

Besides, could anyone tell me which books are helpful in Troubleshooting ??

Thank You and God Bless You
