Frank,

   You open a Access file, goto File -> Get External Table ->Link Table, choose ODBC Databases() at Files of Type combo box, choose the Data Source for Oracle ODBC drive, enter userid, password and server name. You will get a list of tables and views and choose the tables you want to use in access. I assume you installed SQLNET in your pc and have tnsnames.ora.
