There are two methods that I can think of. The first one is EBU,
Enterprise Backup Utility, the second one is OEM, Oracle Enterprise
Manager. I find the second method easier to setup/use.
Use the Backup Manager within OEM to generate a script, then submit
the script as an OEM 'Backup Tablespace' job. The script generated is
TCL syntax, I think. You need to have the Intelligent Agent running
on the server side to execute the job. Hope this help.
