Because I can't talk perl to it?

Please, if I'm mistaken here, could you let me know in what ways this product (are you talking about Oracle RDB Web Agent?) would interface with perl DBI scripts or something similar.

Yes, there are non-perl ways of doing it, and I'm aware of them, but I'm posting here to find out if there are any feasible perl options, for comparison purposes.
