one scenario: your machine is not that with Des2K installed on, check tnsnames.ora on machine with SQL*Plus and machine with Des2k; Designer tries to connect from its own box not from local workstation. HTH Tom Schmitt (tom.schmitt_at_us.landisstaefa.com) wrote:
