yes! even the Oracle personal lite 3.0(java though)

think so. never tried. Tried other different version coexisting on same machine. works.

yes. Oracle PL/SQL Programming from O'Rely or Oracle PL/SQL programming from Oracle Press. (both should be the latest edition).
