I've pass all the four tests, and received my certificate.

I would suggets you download the Assessment Tests from Oracle education webpage. The real test is about the same level of difficulty as those tests.

You do need to have some SQL, PL/SQL experience to do this first test (Introduction to SQL, right?). For the rest three tests, I would suggest concentrating on Oracle manuals, Oracle7 Concept, Oracle7 Administrator Guide, Oracle7 Utilities and Oracle7 Tuning etc.

Of course hands-on experience is also important.
