Anytime I run SVRMGR23 or EXP73 on my NT 4.0 sp3 oracle 7.3.2 I get
ORA-09352 can't spawn 2-task driver. I searched the support notes
(2.2.2.0) but I could not find any information. Does anyone know how to
fix this? Or does anyone know if I can shut down the DB and restart it
remotely in single user mode? I just need to get a full clean export so
I want to shut the DB and restart it in single user mode, do a full
export, then take the db out of single user mode. I have scripts to do
this but they use svrmgr23 and exp73. You can e-mail me directly at
