The traditional way to do the reorg is by export/drop/import .. The imp/exp utility comes with Oracle .. However this is sometimes very time consuming specially for VLDB ,

There are alot of tools that are available on the market that does the reorg much much better .. They made the data unloading faster and then use the SQLLoader to load it back ..

This scheme is a lot faster than the traditional way , with one catch though .... I cost plenty of $$$$$ .
