Calling reports from Pro*C

Hello Oracle gurus,

Where can I find a sample make file for compiling Pro*C programs with rwcrun (to run reports).

The platform is Digital Alpha (unix)
Oracle version 7.3.3
Reports version 2.5
Pro*C version 2.2.3
