Effective with version 8.1 of Oracle, connect internal will no longer be an
option.  So if you are NOT familiar with orapwd/connect username/passwd as
sysdba, then its time to break out the book and read up on it. there is at
least maintenance release 8.0.4 and 8.0.5 before 8.1.
