dblink to SQL*Server

I have been told that it is a relatively simple matter to create a database link that makes a SQL*Server table available within Oracle. Can anyone point me to some documentation that tells how to do this, preferably with examples? I also need the reverse, a way for SQL*Server to access data stored in an Oracle database. Thanks in advance,
