Error installing Oracle V7.0 Beta

Hello Everyone,



I get the following error when I try to install Oracle 7.0 Beta
on Windows NT: 



Oracle7.exe Entry Point Not Found


The procedure entry point vsnste could not be located in the dynamic
link library ORA7DIST.dll



Anyone know what's happening ?



Any help greatly appreciated
