It's probably listed in the Oracle8 for NT installation guide. Sorry, we are mainly UNIX here, so I don't have the figures to hand.

Phone Oracle, as I'm sure they'll fax the pages to you. Note that these are only *guidelines*, however. You'll have to look long and hard at how many actual concurrent users you have and exactly what activity they will be causing on the server to get a better estimate - and that means everything: memory, disk layout, number of disks, RAID v non-RAID v mix of RAID and non-RAID, database design - single instance v multi-instance, processors - SMP v non-SMP, number of processors, etc.
