V8 vs V7 compatibility

Hello ,
I have a problem whith Oracle 8 Beta.
My programation language check the dictionary tables col$,... Ihave see in V8 that the column name change between V7, column
"position" in V7 rename "position#" in V8, column "user" in V7 rename
"user#" in V8.

I search a documentation who list ALL modification in Dictionnary.
