Two instances in 512MB???

   We have a Solaris 2.6 box running Oracle 7.3.3.  We currently have
about 120MB of data fed out to 30 clients.  I want to add another
instance of Oracle for a different 130MB database.  Our consultant
says that the 512MB of RAM on our Ultra Enterpriese 3000 isn't enough.
Does this sound right?
