Double bytes in Oracle

Hi,



I need to store double bytes character string (Unicode Chinese actually)
into the Oracle database. Would anyone please tell me how to do it,
how to define the schema ?



In addition, I use the Rogue DBTools to access the database. If the 
Unicodes can be stored, how to use the DBTools to retrieve the quiried
Unicode string ?
