We had this too. You need to add a line to the 'svadmin.cfg' file. Yours probably has as its top section a [multiport] area with one line telling it what port to listen to. Copy this line so the file contains two the same. Edit one and replace the name of your machine with its IP number.
In other words, one line configures the machine by name, the other by IP number. I don't see why both are required but this is what Oracle support told us, and it works.
