ORACLE launch my IE ?

We have just installed ORACLE server. While trying to connect from workstation with SQL*Plus or ODBC, MS Internet Explorer get's launched with its WEB connect box. Connect to ORACLE is ok, after pressing cancel in IE.

How do I turn this off ?

[I can disable 'Connect as needed' form the connection tab of IE, but then I cannot launch by IE browser anymore]
