I am getting     FRM-40034    Cannot attach from my browser trying to
access the demo start.html.



I am running web app 3.0  on oracle 7.3.3 on NT.



I have the folwoing started



   MS IIS 3.0   with   w3svc  port 80


  owsctl   start  wrb


  owsctl   start admin



f45web32


f45srv32



Any ideas?



The install documentation was a bit week or I missed something.  I setup
my own class path to orant\forms45\java and
orant\ows\3.0\java\oracle.zip
